I built my first knives as a kid, but didn't getting serious about it until 2002. I went full-time in 2006 and enjoy making a variety of styles with the main focus on folders. I like to use traditional and modern tools and work hard to make my knives unique and to the best of my abilities. I am passionate about the history of knifemaking and do a podcast with friends called Mark of the Maker that covers everything from history, interviews with makers, and everything knife-related. When I'm not in the shop I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids.
